Sales & Rentals Policy
  • All Tuxedos generally arrive on Wednesday the week of your event and must be returned by Monday following that weekend. Please inquire if a Holidays affect this policy.
  • $20 deposit is required at the time of fitting.
  • We accept credit and debit (VISA or Mastercard) and cash. Personal Checks are not accepted for final pick-up.
  • Payment in full is required at the time of pick-up.
  • Orders paid by personal check must be paid in full two weeks prior to the date of use.
  • We will accommodate our out of town customers for your fitting or pick-up, please contact us to make arrangements.

Fittings Policy
  • No appointment is necessary for fittings. For convenience and the availability of styles, we recommend you select your ensemble approximately 3 months for weddings and 1 month for proms and formals. However, we do process new orders daily and accommodate last minute orders as select styles are available.
  • Our deadline to process exchanges for size and fittings is Thursday by 5pm.
  • Replacements or size exchange requests will be processed at the time of fitting and will arrive at least 24 hours prior to the date of use.
  • Any order processed after 5pm which may incur extra shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer(s).
Returns and Exchange Policy
  • All tuxedos must be returned on the first business day (Monday) after the event. See business hours.
  • If the tuxedo is returned after Monday, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • There are no refunds during Prom Season from April - June.
  • Changes in your order such as cancellation, color, or style changes must be done 10 business days prior to your event. After which you will still be required to pay the order in full. Changes t0 color or styles will be charged a $20 dollars plus shipping and handling.
  • A non-refundable $6 accidental damaged waiver fee will be added to each individual order. This fee does not cover malicious damages, lost or stolen garments, or any late return charges.
Retail Policy
  • Any special order requires a non-refundable 50% deposit.
